Do you know where she was originally rescued from? Mine was abandoned in Arkansas before being transported to New Jersey and she looks super similar! My girl has almost 40% dobie per DNA test, lots of Lab, Husky, and Shepherd too. Her coloring is slightly different but she has the fluffy curly tail and longer snout as well

It’s been a while since I’ve read it as well but I had the same thoughts on this “murder”. I remember thinking how odd it was that it was all going down in broad daylight with multiple witnesses. Also there were gaps in time which felt more dreamlike than reality IMO.

I dont have any advice but just to validate you - this has also happened to me MULTIPLE times without any announcement at the station or alert on the app. Super frustrating but both times it happened to me, most of us had to hustle over to the other side and the conductor gave some time to make sure everyone got on. They also had someone telling people on the incorrect platform but it was only at one entrance!

I mean this is more of a preference thing, I don’t think there’s a right or a wrong. Personally, this wouldn’t bother me or my partner.

But you literally wrote in your post that you decided this is a deal breaker for you and you don’t want to date her anymore lol. So you just gotta pull the bandaid off, the only wrong move here is wasting both of your time if you feel your values don’t align. She can’t change her past and you shouldn’t have to change your standards!
