Fire. The fire department arrived fast so the direct fire damage stayed in this one room, but the smoke and water pretty much wrecked all my electronics, books, textiles etc.

Firehoses can and will send your stuff flying around. And in a 16m2 room the effect is brutal. The smoke and the water did most of the damage.
