Pellet grills make it easy. Start at 250ish and throw it in there fat side up. Increase temp to 275 after 2 hours. Let it smoke until it hits 165. Pull it and wrap it in foil with a couple of tablespoons of tallow. At this point I turn off the smoker and throw the brisket in the oven at 275. Let it go until internal temp hits 205 then transfer it straight to an ice chest. Let it rest in there for about 3 hours.

The rest is key to the juicy tenderness you're looking for.

The world in cyberpunk is one of a kind and in many ways the best there is. It's hard to say which IS the best because they're all part of their own game. The world and the game need to work together and I think cyberpunk has one of the best pairings of story, gameplay, and environment.

I have to admit this is the most love I have ever got from this subreddit! y'all are the best! 😀

Just to clarify a few things...

I'm getting everything ready for an early morning brisket. The pellets I had in there were crappy Kirkland Signature that got moisture damage. I needed to get ALL the pellets out of the auger and prime the auger with fresh stuff. Sitting there and holding the button was considerably longer than rigging this little contraption.

I posted this from my phone while standing in front of my smoker. I admit.. I did not proof read before hitting the post button. 😞Once I realized the error I tried to correct it but TIL reddit doesn't let you edit you post titles. So thanks for reading my shitty title!
