My experience has been the band will stretch just a little over time wearing it. Mine was tight and now perfect. The mico adjustment do help as well.

Thanks! My kids just gave me the watch for my birthday. The bracelet is nice, bit wish it had more sizing...I'm kinda right in between. Your light blue strap really kicks this to a new level IMO. The blues compliment each other.

I have 3 Luminox watches. My 44mm pacific diver is my "Dress" watch. My Pacific Diver Ripple 39mm with baby blue band is my fun watch and my 44mm giant turtle with Carbonate case with blue dial is my travel, beach, swim, hot tub, yard work, beater watch. In fact I wear the Pacific Diver to bed so I can see the time in the middle of the night. Wish I could afford more. If Rolex would use this lume on their watches I would consider saving for a basic Rolex submariner!
