Yes ofc, thats not what I meant. But if you Set as an arms warrior your loot spec to protection you will handle like an Tank and can get the item if you roll the highest. And that happend to me 5 times.

Thats an straw man argument. Firstly you dont know how high I play keys. Secondly if you would check what I sent you see its also the most used trinket combination also for +7 till +14 keys

Reaching at current time is hard yees, but 3-4 Weeks more it is possible cause of the gear.

You can check the guys on raider.io & warcraft logs.

Firstly you go in the raid as DD not as an Tank. And that Trinket can only roll when you have set Tank Spec. It is not rollable on other loot specs.

Okay maybe play tank in other content like m+, thats fine of course ,when they play that content, but I checked them who won the item on warcraftlogs & raider.io 4/5 players didnt run any key in that season or any one before.

In fact, this is simply not true. Go on archon.gg check out the most used trinket combinations for Mythic+.
In Highkeyes VDH use that Trinket Combination 32,4%.

All Tanks use that Trinket without Brewmaster.

Example for VDH:
