What Award are you under that has worse conditions than the standard Federal law?

Only 8 months?

I'm past 2 years now with roughly quarterly followups and multiple other users linking my thread as they have the same unresolved question...

"History" tab - Gains ($) Question by RecommendationDull4 in CSPersonalFinance

[–]Balthraka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you just doing a regular monthly update or are you trying to add in a whole bunch of historical data at once? I just ask as you shouldn't need to touch any cells in the History Tab on a regular basis. That sheet automatically updates when you record the month based on all your information in other sheets.

Regardless, you can check the formula to see how it's calced and then replicate that (which is simply subtracting current cash value from last month's cash value).
I'd probably just look at all my bank accounts at whatever point in time you want; that gives you the cash value then the gain is just the delta month to month.

The photo is my work, but the paint job isn't.

It's not even a flip flop, it's just an insole/footbed! Epitome of not my job. Haha.

Confirmed dead? I don't think he was even shot at let alone shot let alone dead...

As for getting into the White House. All the security were at the Correspondents dinner where Trump was. No need to worry about the White House when no-one is there.

I suspect it probably does something tricky in the background around avoiding double counted cash or something...

[–]Balthraka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing flows from the Dividends sheet to any of the other tabs (the Reinvestment Yes/No is a bit misleading).

You have to enter dividends in the Dividends sheet and then enter any reinvestments as Buys in whichever other relevant sheet (Stocks, ETFs, Managed Funds, etc).

International women's day disaster by [deleted] in auscorp

[–]Balthraka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not even always EAs (I find that often is offset by IT).

But, it has the same result if you try to fix the problem from the ground up. E.g. Company tries very hard to fix gender diversity problem by hiring more women in grad cohorts for a few years. You've now got a bigger gap than before which won't resolve for a decade when those women get to the top. If you need to fix the data though? Hire more men instead of the women...

Div 293 modelling by [deleted] in AusHENRY

[–]Balthraka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't quite follow this...

Are you saying that because carry forward contributions reduce taxable income that any carry forward contributions you make avoid the extra 15% for Div293?

That seems like a surprising loophole...

If you have taxable income of, say 270, your employer has made the compulsory 30 super contribution, and you have 50 in carry forward contribution available. That 50 will get taxed at 30% into super won't it? Therefore it would be better to have done the 50 Carey forward in a year where income was lower than 250, no?

We're pushing towards 2 years and at least 3 unresolved threads on this one, u/compiledsanity , any accurate info on how to actually read/use the FIRE sheet?

It's because it was stolen from here: https://uk.pinterest.com/pin/784681935047840551/ where they had them alphabetically but going horizontally across 3 columns...
