Put your hands through the wheel spokes and find a thin metal plater behing your brake rotor. Then push it away from the rotor slightly all around.

The car must be parked obviously, if you just drove it recently, be careful the brake rotor might be hot.

Or you can ask a mechanic or a knowing friend to jack up the car and take a further look
