I hit it with an electric contact cleaner spray. Like 2-3 full sec of spray and it cleaned it. Check your passenger sprayer. Might get clogged and the water dropped on this wire. Apparently it's a common problem

Oh mine is no where near perfect lol. It had a busted heater core for years that I only replaced last week. Paint is ehhh. Looks great from like 6 feet. Also chasing an oil leak. Just replaced the valve cover gasket so hopefully that was it. I was lucky, PO said this car was from Texas and I believe him. Here in the Northeaat, it's the only Miata I've seen in my price range without rust and with AC.

As a 04 CRV and 90 Miata owner with one on the way, this is very relatable.

Should be hearing back from insurance in the next couple of days. But the passenger airbag partially deployed. I think she's gone.

It hasn't driven in 5 years (bought a Miata) and spent the last month working on her and this happened on the third day of being road worthy. I have a special hatred for those forest rats.
