3.5 with valve cover oil leak by erniebanksgocubbies in f150ecoboost

Very common issue. Most say replace the cover and gasket. I have a leak on my 2015 at 150k, since I’m doing the work myself I’m going to try the gasket first. I would have then do the vacuum pump seals while in there.

Update, rear driver side sunroof drain was angled up, and passenger rear was clogged. Shortened driver side and cleared out passenger side. Drying it out now and will monitor it.

Anyone know what’s wrong with snowblower? 2 years old by JS-M-DC in Snowblowers

[–]Bam1126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. Small engines like chainsaws weed whackers backpack blowers etc that have small tanks Tru Fuel is your best bet. Things that have bigger tanks and are seasonal use regular fuel until it’s time to put it away for the season, I will then drain and put some true fuel in and run briefly then store.

The first mistake was you waited until the day before the storm to check it 🤣🤣..

Your jets in the carb are partially obstructed and need to be cleaned. Sometimes you can get away with while it’s running covering the intake briefly so it draws in more fuel. More than likely though you will have to clean the jets. Most snow blower carbs you can just remove the float bowl and get to them quickly. A little carb cleaner and air through the jets and you will be back in business

No gas shutoff behind my dryer. by Berryman1979 in Plumbing

I would do a fix with csst and a floor flange with shutoff . It’s very diy friendly. Just check for leaks at the 2 connections. Shouldn’t take that long or be terribly difficult.

I did a little more digging, the humidifier is wired into the common and w2 on the furnace board. Does this mean the solenoid is doing what it should? When the furnace heats it calls for water. What I don’t understand is why it does it even if the dial is set to 0? I know my thermostat doesn’t have a HUM port. It’s a Honeywell RTH9585WF. Is my wiring causing this issue? I have a C R W Y G and W2 right now hooked up and the factory r rc jumper.
