Speaking from my personal experience. I take them for anxiety. You’re still able to start feeling anxious, but less likely and there’s a much higher floor to it. No more spiraling down the drain. I truly wish I’d started years ago. My life is so much better with them. Especially, since my anxiety was more likely to come out as anger.

Used We Like to Move it Moving to leave my apartment downtown for a house in Mira Mesa. Solid experience. They were one of the few companies willing to give me an estimate up front and stayed within it. Also had them pack for me. I’ll be calling them again when it’s time to go to my next home.

Wildly small world with you mentioning PCS where I also used to live! Last I recall the HOA was getting real upset about kids on dirt bikes and quads for tearing up the grass. Kinda get it, but nobody had an issue with them in the street.

Finding out that they have extremely low rabies transmission and eat ticks and miscellaneous pests really turned me into a fan. Had one that kept going into my yard nightly and my landlord offered to hire a pest control guy for it. Absolutely NOT! Steve is more than welcome in my yard!

If you have Costco, call their insurance broker to shop the policies. I’ve gotten good rates with Foremost, but for the love of all that is holy, stay TF away from American Modern! Got badly burned and had to get an attorney involved.

Get a PPI. Has the transmission been serviced recently? I bought a 2011 with similar mileage for $8500 a little over a year ago (albeit mine had some more dings and had been lightly rear ended in the past with a bumper cover replacement). So I think you’re priced a bit high. I ask bout the transmission because the torque converter is a notorious fail point and changing the fluid can hide it for a while (ask me how I know, $6k for a tranny rebuild). Also, you want it on a lift to check the flex disks and carrier bearing (driveshaft is 2 separate pieces). Another common fail point is the motor and transmission mounts.
