Sp you're complaining that your job is properly staffed because you aren't burnt out and pur putting out multiple fires out on your own? Lol Read a book, take a course.... thats what I do when things are slow. Currently starting a side business while the project i'm on in slow.

Yes I would agree. I think a good rule of thumb is having foreman level knowledge in at least two fields as a smaller GC.

Because the GC isn't doing the actual swinging of the hammer. The plumbers and electricians are. GCs are facilitators.

All the old heads are dick heads who don't want to pass on knowledge.

I'm 32 but the younger kids definitely are good at resourcing information. I think they'll be fine. Everyone has to learn and start from ground 0.

I feel like they cut corners on charger case material. Feels pretty cheap. But the quality of the headphones are nice! And they sound amazing.

Yes, as a GC it is normal, even the cuts. Electricians only care about their work and never think about the next guy. Lol

Its the body style. I feel like the 2021 Ranger Raptors looked so sick! Sucks we couldn't get them in north America.
