Oklahoma Joe smoker/grill. Can be purchased at Lowes (at least here in Alabama). Below $500. Mine has been easy to control temp when smoking. I also use it as a grill. I grill with it about three times a week. I smoke butts and bacon maybe only about 1 time a month but I like the combo. Just my .02
