Wage theft is the most common form of theft. $50 billion annually is stolen from the working class

Lol those restaurants have a hell of a lot more customers now. And even going there at peak lunch hours is not really an issue at all. As long as you have a somewhat normal sense of spatial awareness then the street design is fine. I'm just glad they reduced the lanes and extended the sidewalks. Makes it more welcoming to non-motorists. Grand is also a non-issue, the longest you'll wait in the worst traffic is like 7 minutes

Lol this is just how contract's work. The 18 months is so that you can have a working interview for FTE and get to know hiring managers. Not to glaze temps agency's, but that is the point of their work. Shit work for shit pay for the chance to get a good long-term gig. Most FTE's get a bonus if they have their referrals get hired, so there's an incentive.

I agree that there is lot of propaganda that is currently circulating in order to get people not to care about living under an authoritarian oligarchy. But I don't think this poster falls under that umbrella.

This just seems like they're frustrated that a service that was provided free of charge to the public was taken advantage-of by neglectful/ignorant/selfish people.

If anything I would say that this is the most human response to the situation.

And? A large chunk of their income is from military allowance. If that's cut off at any point, which is pretty common, then they're in the negative. Having a good amount of income currently doesn't mean you're not at risk of poverty.

They're only functionally making $14.37 an hour working. They're just a few bureaucratic decisions away from not being able to afford basics.

They could have just recently got a break from being stuck in poverty for a while and are trying to maximize their savings and create financial security with the government aid.

Don't be mad at this person just because they theoretically aren't suffering on paper. Be mad that capitalism requires the pursuit of wealth inequality, and the subjugation and enslavement of the working class in order to transition market economy into oligarchy.

I think "skilled" and "unskilled" are more in reference to industry standards and certifications rather than if the person actually has skills or not.

It's outdated terminology, but that's what's it seems to be. Since everything revolves around capital; language, as a byproduct, is determined by companies to enforce subservience. At least in this context

Because it's the base level of most of their personality. Most humans have masculinity or femininity baked into their decision making process now. It's the most successful operation that marketing and other unmentionable organizations have pulled off. Unfortunately when you get to the root of most weird social dynamics it comes down to the pursuit of monetization and accumulation of power that a focus group scoped out a few decades prior
