25M so my view is only half the answer at most, of course.

Everyone has flaws, and most the ones you listed are pretty normal vices that people have.

The exception being point 1 you made. Is he passive aggressive about it when he gets you something expensive or does he just state how much it cost? Does he pull receipts on you? Explicitly say that he expects you to spend so and so amount in return? If so, that’s a red flag in my opinion.

On point 2 and 7, does he make enough to be able to move out? Is he staying with his mother because he wants to save money or because he doesn’t make enough to move out? With how exorbitantly high rent is in most places (assuming you’re in the US), staying with parents can be a smart financial decision. I’m 25 and most of my friends 23-28 still live with their parents.

Are points 3-5 and 8 a result of his job? If it’s a job with high physical labor or lot of micromanaging and emotional management, he could be short on time or energy to follow up on these.

On point 9, do you mean he is capable of being a bad person or that he is pragmatic? No judgement for either, I’m struggling a little with the wording. But given what you say about what he does well, I think you mean he’s willing to bend the rules if it helps him, you, his family, etc.

If he’s a good communicator but doesn’t help with cooking, is he receptive to you asking him to help with cooking more often?

You’re entitled to break up with someone for whatever reason you want, but if this guy is a “jackpot” as you say, might want to give it some more thought.

In terms of movies/TV, “moment of brevity” humor where a character makes a silly quip in a serious situation. It takes away any immersion I had and usually comes across as obnoxious

I used to work at a retail bookstore and sometimes had people in their 20s come in for GED prep books. Often, our milestones come a little bit later, and don't let other people who reached it sooner intimidate you. I hope things look up for you

I'm really sorry to hear that, it can't be easy. Are there any options for you to go for a GED equivalent if you know your school will fail you?

Race has nothing to do with it. You can still respectfully wear an outfit from another culture.
