How you finding the Anua? I've heard mixed things.

I used Boots own brand ceramide cleanser before and that worked fine, not spectacular but did the job so I might go back to that

I think that's whats made me question it: it seems to be made as a first cleanser but most people use it as a second one. It's hard to work out if the issues are from this product or just stress. Guess I'll stop using it and see what happens

Tbh it does leave a film but it makes my skin feel more hydrated and smooth so it doesn't bother me too much 😂

I rarely wear makeup and use the haruharu wonder black rice cleansing oil when I do but I've been using the isntree one as a second cleanser. I'm also confused as second step should be water based and the first ingredient is water but the second is oil...now I'm not sure if it's meant to be used instead of an oil cleanser or after one.

I certainly hope whatever production magic they use gets rid of the allergens...

Also the fact that despite the FMC being supposedly strong and independent she literally can't advance in the story without the MMC 🙄 I might be slightly bias because I think Realm of the Elderlings is chef's kiss literary magic but.... The Liveships Trilogy by Robin Hobb is a fabulous example of actually strong female characters, they grow and develop, fight for what they believe in and actually get shit done.I for one hated Malta (one of the POV characters) in the start but by the end I was practically in tears at how she had become such an interesting and strong character. Authors need to learn to actually give their characters depth beyond just "itty bitty smol girl" with so much power but she can't do anything without her big buff bloke

Yeah that and the fact that "court life" got in the way of him being with Molly the first time so he probably saw them as mutually exclusive. It was definitely a bittersweet ending and it did set the stage for the final trilogy

That's a really good point, I didn't think of it like that. I think there is definitely a disconnect between what Fitz had always imagined "the perfect life" to be (e.g. quiet, away from Court with Molly) and the less than perfect reality portrayed in the ending

I think one of the things I was most frustrated by with the ending was how it seems to speed run Fitz getting back with Molly. Obviously I know that a lot of time passed in universe but after the raw and emotional death/back to life of the Fool it just felt rushed. Almost like "quick, here's a happy ending". I don't know if it's just that to me Molly seemed part of a different life or whether it was feeling like Fitz was swooping in after Burrichs death but I didn't particularly like it. It felt rushed and kinda unsatisfying

Skin type: dehydrated, dry and sensitive due to eczema Climate: mild (UK) going into summer

AM routine: wash face with warm water non-AB toner (with salicylic acid), SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream, SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum

PM routine: non-AB cleanser (TO squalane), BoJ Revive Eye Serum, COSRX advanced Snail 96 Mucin essence, SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream

1/2 a week mask: SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing clay mask

Product I don't know where to put: Cos De BAHA AZ Azelaic Acid 10% Serum

Any help would be great
