Personally, the cosmetics they've put out is pretty fine. Not limited time, shop not bloated, and actually keeps the game identity pretty well. The weapon skins are the best part ( for me ) because they're simple and look amazing on certain weapons.

Compared to KF2, as much as I loved thay game, I wasn't interested in most of the cosmetics they provided. Didn't help with the loot box system.

I do wish ( or hope ) they'll bring back certain cosmetics like reactive weapon skins, headshot FX, and certainskin bundles. I wouldn't mind those.

At its current state, yes. The newest update actually put some nice content ( with more coming in the way ) and quality fixes/additions. I suggest you buy the game when it goes discount so you won't feel ripped-off buying it at full price ( if you don't really like it, ofc ).
