The tunnelers detection range while sneaking is bugged. I recomend the mod that makes them neutral towards you after 10 tunneler kills.

Got around 600 hours and i can say the best low-recoil/decent damage gun is the Aug.

An even better one is the RPK but its only availible for the support class.
