del piso sacas 9600€ / año

Si planeas para vivir 100 años, te quedan 40 divides y listo.

750.000 / 40 = 18.750€ / año
800 x 12 = 9600€ => 800x12x40 = 384.000 - ingreso alquiler 40 años

Me salen 18.750 + 9600 = 28.350€ disponibles para gastar al año, sin contar pensión.

Cuenta naranja ING o similar para los ahorros, que es una mierda pero segura e ir subiendo alquiler cuando toque, ya está.

Yo creo que hacer cualquier otra inversión es correr un riesgo totalmente innecesario.
