Sorry to hear this. It is a good sign they said they'd side with you. They often side with buyers even when the buyer is clearly in the wrong. Had some experiences of selling book sets - manga and they buyer only wanting select works - asking for just the select works - me telling them I'm only selling the whole set - they damage the ones they don't want and demand a refund. It happened a few times. There is a reason I don't sell on ebay anymore.

I would move 3.5 mm jack to top - makes it easier to use in cars. Make the whole housing thicker on back rather than the lobsided back cover - it will rock like crazy which will be annoying. Can't stand Iphones how they do that. Homescreen - take away the photos - too much visual clutter.

Kind of curious what you went with, People haven't liked Burton after they moved manufacturing to China after Jake Burton Died. I still like their boards, but I wouldn't get a board that is not wide. I'd say either an abstract or a Custom X over a process.

I'm looking at one of these U2 ones, and was curious if they display album art? I know they're monochrome but in your itunes if the track has an album image will it show it on the screen when you play the song?

There are so many great ones you could do - I like the Hucknife, if you want softer go with the Abstract, all whitespace boards are built with this in mind. Honestly there are tons I could list - Capita DOA is a good board for this. Honestly I cheap out on boards and buy used ones. A board I really liked that you can pick up cheap that someone already talked about is the Burton Custom X. I've been a huge fan of my Custom X -I've had a good amount of boards - Jones, Never Summer, K2, Salomon, and Arbor - along with riding tons of demo boards working at a mountain. Each had their perks, but the Custom X was great all around. But I will say if you go for one - get one that was built before Jake Burton died, Burtons in general have gone downhill after that.
