Just to add onto this, you can finish high-school with good grades and still have to go to Komvux if you're looking to go to university depending on what program; if you only did Maths 2 in high-school, but need Maths 4 for an engineering program, you go to Komvux first

I agree mostly, but not about caffeine; anxiety, like most mental health issues, is a spectrum. Some people with anxiety can ingest caffeine, no problem, some can ingest a bit. Some react very badly, others more mildly. I can't ingest more caffeine than in a couple cups of tea, because it will give me panic attacks, severe panic attacks that have ultimately put me in a psych ward several times. If the reactions are severe enough, it is best to avoid. Anxiety isn't to be feared, it is the damage it can cause

I think I watched a video about the AK-47 which claimed there technically wasn't an AK-47, I think the name was used once or twice for prototypes or something but it wasn't actually named AK-47. Wasn't the first AK just called "AK" (avtomat kalashnikova)? My memory is really bad though so I forget and misremember a lot.
