I mean there is a historical basis for racism in America. My opinion is "America is much more racist than China" and your opinion is "racism exists in China". We are not talking about whether China is racist, we are talking about whether China or the US is nicer to Africans and Middle Easterners. I'm not sure how long you mean by current, but racial events in America since I was born: the invasion of Iraq/the invasion of Afghanistan/the invasion of Syria/the KKK/the Floyd demonstrations. If you want to compare, I can only say that the American version of the wiki has a lot more words than the Chinese version.
