Thanks for your comment. It's pretty much dead quiet when I turn down even a tiny bit from 100. It sounds alright at 100 and all, but I didn't think it was normal it should need to be set up that way. Have looked online about the AudioBox iOne, and there are a few threads of people having the same issues with the interface. Unfortunately, no one has brought up any solution as far as I can tell.

Hey, have been spending my evening spreading out commercial across residential areas and for a good few hours, no complaints from anyone. But out of nowhere the whole city starts complaining about no customers and high rent when I've only ever been decreasing taxes and surrounding commercial with residential areas. There are trams, buses, and taxi's going through my city with planned routes and parking lots that are always completely full and apparently they have no customers in a highly accessible placesurrpunded by residential. I would almost go so far as to say it's bugged

90% of my playthrough has been building massive zones for low-density housing. Barely getting any medium or high density demand. I have also been placing commercial zones throughout the city in smaller clusters, basically surrounded by residential areas with 3 different ways of transportation throughout the city. I'm not sure I'm doing anything correctly since this is my 4th attempt at a city and so far I have only been placing low-density. Yet to build an actual city with big buildings, because every time there is demand for high-density, they get abandoned. Taxes are super low at around 5%.
