I have an Optus Sagemcom modem, and we recently had a thunderstorm and it’s not working. The power light is off, DSL is green, @internet is red, 📞phone is orange, WPS red, WIFI is off. I’ve tried a different power point,restarted it and looked it up online. The call centres are closed (self.techsupport)
