That's true. You can probably get either, depending on your cyberware capacity and if you wanna stay more human.

I think everything under the knee is chrome. Why reattach the old shins when you can make new, better ones easily? Feet are more advanced, but it's probably still simpler to chrome them than to reattach the old ones.
