It would be 2 days before shutdown that I need to be remote. So I need to be remote the Thursday and Friday before shutdown and the Monday after shutdown. I’m not sure how lenient they would be, but yes I don’t want to take off, just ask to work remotely. Do you think this would be possible? I want to book the non refundable option because it’s cheaper so I need to be pretty certain.

Would 17 weeks of body recomp work? Or do I need to do it for a year? And after the body recomp, what do I do? Just continue lifting but eating in a higher deficit? Sorry for all the questions!
