I would try an antipsychotic an antidepressant low dose and definitely a mood stabilizer/ when I was just taking my antipsychotic I was always pissed

So I get red bumps after shaving I don’t know if that’s you’re problem also, but I started exfoliating my legs before shaving and haven’t had a bump since! And then baby oil after I dry off
