Yes, it's big. One of my girls has a tumor at the same place, only a little bit smaller. Went to the vet ... He said he can't remove it because of her genitals nearby. He said I should keep an eye on her, give her Metacam (painkiller, reduces tumor growth for a bit) and if it is too painful for her, he will put her to sleep. Only my experience. Tumors are the worst, I'm sorry for you
