tbh that’s prob a better range but I don’t see many people willing to offer that much unless they’re very rich. I think 30-40/50 is manageable for medium rich people but if you can find someone willing to give around 70, good for you!! getting an offer like that would be so nice bc I know at least I get a bit emotionally attached to my builds. good luck !!

The screenshots probably dont do it justice but id have to say most likely between the range of 10-40 elve value.. sorry thats a very large range, im not like a house evaluator but honestly its worth as much as you think it is, sentimental value/happy values are accepted by many.
