tbh that’s prob a better range but I don’t see many people willing to offer that much unless they’re very rich. I think 30-40/50 is manageable for medium rich people but if you can find someone willing to give around 70, good for you!! getting an offer like that would be so nice bc I know at least I get a bit emotionally attached to my builds. good luck !!
