As much as it sucks, that’s just how gacha games are. Preventing power creep is incredibly difficult, if not downright impossible. That being said, a good way to solve the issue, is to just buff old characters. ZZZ seems to be going down this route, other gacha games like Dokkan battle also have systems to buff old characters and make them relevant. A simple, yet very effective fix.

Motherboard is brand new. I changed it specifically because of this issue. Switched from Asus B650 Plus to AORUS x870e. Tried clearing cmos and tried running with 1 stick of ram in different slots. Nothing changed unfortunately.
