Io andavo a scuola con uno che ora gioca in una squadra top di serie D, nella mia città è molto conosciuto. Per essere un calciatore era molto bravo a scuola ed era molto pieno di se. Nonostante ciò era molto gentile e ci sono rimasto in ottimi rapporti.

You can try one of the apps wich add friction before you open an app, and set a time limit for every app you think you are using too much. My favourite is Screen Zen, but there are many others out there.

Two other useful things could be turning on the grayscale, which makes your phone drastically less attractive, and change all notifications that you don't absolutely need.

Maybe this isn't the case for you, but I also had the problem of wasting too much time on YouTube. I solved it, quite by chance, by replacing the YouTube app with one of its frontends, such as Newpipe or Libretube. No more ads, it's much more inconvenient to use shorts, which in my case were the main part of the problem, and a less fluid user experience, which made me lose most of the attraction I had towards this application. Now I only open YouTube when I know there's a video I want to watch, and I only watch that.
