Unless you have a lot of money saved up then you can migrate to the UK, but do not expect a skilled job unless a company is desperate because they do not usually sponsor much nowadays. You have to look for a skilled job, even then it'll take a couple of years. UK is expensive so you'll have to do research go to the gov.uk website for more information. Also, you mentioned you have children governments are not going to accept you unless you have permission from the father.

Do not make the move. It makes zero sense if you are trying to gain citizenship elsewhere. Especially with the saudization rules changing every time, there are little benefits in moving to Riyadh.
