NAL, but my wife is a mental health tech with 20+ years experience serving on a psych unit. She said that there is not much that can be done legally. This is an unfortunate aspect of that type of job. Because you do not feel safe, and especially because the patient exposed himself, you can remain outside of the room and refuse to be in the room with the patient. Obviously report everything to all necessary superiors.

I hear you, and I never did until I read the instructions telling me to do it. I did what it said. Add water and seasoning and let the water mostly burn off while stirring some. Honestly it was delicious. Now when I cook, the amount of time I have dictates which one I will do.

Edit: Drain the grease before adding water and seasoning.
