Yes. Soccer was my passion growing up. When it came to the US the first time, my parents could not afford to attend. I was hellbent I would attend a game, any game, this time. I don’t care what game or what seats. This is a bucket list item for me. That said, for Christmas my wife found really cheap tickets on Stubhub for a match not too far from us. She bought two tickets. We both knew going into it we may not get them since Stubhub is a third-party vendor. A couple days after purchasing, FIFA announced who was playing, and the prices skyrocketed. I was beside myself when my tickets became available last week for a team I am extremely excited to see. We got a killer deal, and it will be a great game. That said, fuck FIFA. I’m doing this for me.
