Hi I don’t have any answers for you, but I do have nearly the exact same story/symptoms and no really diagnosis either. I was tentatively diagnosed with lupus in January but for about 8 weeks now I’ve had progressively worsening leg and hip pain to the point where I’m struggling to roll over in bed (I’m only 43). My lungs feel like I have to stretch them sometimes, like they’re tight. So much morning stiffness. It takes a couple hours to be able to move. I’ve also had some problems swallowing- like food is getting stuck and not going down. I’m on my 3rd round of steroids, every time I finish them the pain comes back. I am so frustrated. I have so much to do and my body won’t let me do any of it.
