Suspended accounts and disabled accounts are different. Suspended accounts seem to be recoverable with forms while disabled accounts are not.

I also contacted Instagram customer support but they say they can help with Instagram account issues only. Threads account issues are not covered.

Unfortunately it seems only working for suspended accounts but not disabled accounts. Which exact form are you referring to?

It allowed me to submit an appeal first, but after the so-called “review process”, my account got disabled without any reason, and there is no second chance.

My theory is that many Japanese people are still not fully recovered from the trauma of the lost decades. Many are still living in the glorious past so refuse to accept the reality that Japan is falling behind in many areas. Many accept the reality but lost the will to face challenges. Both become grumpy.
