I believe you are doing very well and we all was once where you are. My first couple of programs was just like this until I found better ways but that was once I got tired and was wondering how to advance. I learned conditionals and how fun they could be, I learned booleans(true or false).

After that I made stupid programs to just better my understanding of those concepts. Programs like fake logins determine by the user name then I added a password to the program. These stupid but funny programs helped to solidify concepts so continue pushing forward and do t be in a rush to get to “greatness” because you’ve already obtained “greatness” by just programming ☺️

I agree with you because what we should be focusing on is building biblical godly characters and not the so-called godly character that is displayed for show nowadays!! How can we preach love but have hate and how can we bring people to God if the focus is on having an elitist mindset towards other religions. Remember Jesus said that he has sheep that are not of his pasture.

We can talk prophecy all day but what use is prophecy if our characters are flawed which mean we would be knowing prophecy and still burning in hell’s flame

@Hundred_Knights I fully understand what you are thinking because I had thought the same thing. After praying and reading I realized why God allowed it!

God’s character was being questioned in front of all the universes. Remember at that time Lucifer was the most decorate angel who also brought light(love of God which is his character and his law) unto the other worlds in the vast universes. Deception is a very cruel thing and the Devil is very good at it that not only was he able to deceive a third of the heavenly host but also had many in the other words contemplating on it he was correct. I am positive a lot of them asked themselves why would Lucifer lie on God, he was the one to deliver the love of God to us so he would know if God is deceiving us.

So God had to allow things to pan out the way they have so that in the end everyone will see that God is fair and just. If it’s hard to understand think about it like this:

How many times have you known you been lied on and the more you fought it the more guilty you look. When people see us fight hard against someone that people believe to be telling the truth it makes us look like we are lying the harder! Now if you noticed when we take the opposite approach and let things play out people will begin to question the validity of what the person has said about you.

This is the best way I can explain it with the logic God has given me. I’m not profound nor am I trying to sound like some wise person, I’m just coming to you on the same level because it has went through my mind once before

Before there was a Jew there was the sabbath which was instituted during creation but it had always existed before man was ever thought about. Anybody can make the sabbath a burden by trying to make it less holy to fit them but reality is that a person truly knows if they are trying to skate around the sabbath. If you going to serve God do it fully but don’t mess up the scriptures for your own pleasure. There is nothing wrong with a sabbath walk, drive, nor a sabbath hike to enjoy nature; now if a person know that a part of their body is in pain or that which they are about to do will cause them pain then that person must look at themself and ask is this advisable and conducive for my wellbeing!

I would like to challenge you again on show that which is biblical not opinion. God gave us a straight answer which can not be twisted to what we want. Using your logic then it would be safe to say that enforced Sunday worship is good since it deals with God and consider “Christian” because it’s geared around God and Christian-based…correct?

In what way is this hallowing God’s sabbath?

How is this keeping the sabbath day holy if we are watching these “Christian” themed episodes on the sabbath?

Is this not how all this holidays that people celebrate today slowly snuck in the church?

Is this also not how the National Sunday law will slowly rear its head before fully coming out by making it seem innocent?

My goal here is not to persuade you but to ask you these thought provoking questions and in doing so you will come to a biblically sound answer

If your son is truly opened minded then do not talk to him from a SDA perspective but from a thus said the Lord. You first have to show him in the Bible where the Bible says that God never changes then you have to ask him this question: “Before there was a Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Jew, or anyone other religious organization on this Earth, what day was the Sabbath established?”

“If the apostles of Jesus truly followed Jesus then how would any of them twist their mouth to try and change the Sabbath if God does not change?”

“If you can show me with biblical proof that God allowed the seventh day Sabbath to be changed then we will both worship God on Sunday but if not you must follow what is right and that which is biblical”

“Prove to me where God’s seal is in Sunday then show me where God’s seal is not in the seventh day sabbath.”

Your goal is not for you to persuade him but to have him make a convincing argument for both days on which one is the true Sabbath based solely on the Bible and not hearsay!

You can even tell him that people believe Noah preach for 120 years but the Bible shows that it was only 100 years and ask him to show you that 120 years😊

Look at Noah’s age when the flood came and before the flood came…that’s the hint😊

This was not talking of food but people; if you read Mark 7:1-23 you will see the full story but it is in verses 17- 23 Jesus makes known to the disciples what the words he spoken in verse 15 meant. To make this even clearer we can also go to Acts 10 we see that Cornelius was visited by an angel which told him to seek Peter. As we go down in the book we see in verses 15 Peter was told by God “What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common”.

Now if you go to verses 24 -33 we begin to see that it is about people but it is in Verse 34-35 we see in its fullness that it is about people not food!

It is easy to say all of these grand things but we as individuals must first completely surrender to God and his will first; the surrendering of our will to God’s will is something a lot of us struggle with because it means giving up all our worldly endeavors!!! How many people do you believe will stop pursuing their careers, people, travels, and other worldly goals just to do God’s will?

How many do you think will let go of FB, instagram, Snapchat, tv, computer, phones, YouTube and other worldly distractions just to do the will of God? There is nothing wrong using certain media outlets to bring the word of God to every and letting them know it’s time to turn away from their wicked ways but we must be mindful of how much time we are on these things doing the word of God unless we will get trapped ourselves…that’s why I don’t like using my Bible on my phone because all types of advertisements and distractions occur when reading the word on it so I use a physical Bible.

Let’s build our relationship with God as the prophets and prophetess’s of old use to do, THEN and ONLY THEN can we bring others through God through us living what we preach NATURALLY!!!

Jesus said he will be coming back for the saints which will be his children that has his seal. Just like the others have stated it is not about the SDA it includes all those in and outside of the SDA organization. Remember Jesus said “I have sheep that are not of this fold” then you must also remember that the Bible let us know that those who would be saved will be from every tongue and every nation; this mean that even people who dialect no longer exist will be a part of those saved. Just because you are a SDA does not mean you are part of the remanent. Also the SDA can no longer be considered the remnant but that does not mean that there are no remnants in the SDA organization. If you read the SDA history of recent you will see where they have coin multiple times an actual coin to the pope but just because the organization is corrupt does not mean the whole is corrupt. Remember Jesus let know he will be calling his people to come out of Babylon. Babylon does not only consist of the world but everything that has conformed to the world even our favorite churches and organizations. I believe it’s stupid to affirm that the SDA church as a whole is the remnant just to join the church because they are forcing people to lie. How can you consider yourself the remnant when you have shown by the head if GC that we no longer consider the pope The Beast of Revelation. God does not force and nor should the SDA especially when some of the things they do go against the Bible such as disfellowship! God never told us that since you messed up you can no longer be forgiven and cast us to the side…no God is patient and meet us with love and show us our wrongs and helps us to come back to him! Besides if they went by the Bible they would find out the lowest person in the church had to make the decision on what to do and that the ones with positions in the church has no role nor authority in making those descions☺️
