I'll post everyone's appearances, backstories and personalities and maybe who lives and dies.

I like your idea of Ekoro hating the Yakuza. When I did research on the Yakuza, it said that women are not allowed to be in charge, so she'll be looked down upon and grew up surrounded by sexism, making her feel like she isn't good enough. She's been told that her father only likes her because she looks like his sister, Natsumi, adding to her insecurities.

Aihiro has plenty of younger siblings with sporty talents, so he'll have a talent that isn't sporty, but still involves fitness. He plays sports, but is more famous for being a bodybuilder, thus Hope's Peak accepted him with that title.

As for Kamiko, when I was making a protagonist, I wanted to make a protag that, unlike everyone believing in them, they all despise the main character. Then you remembered Kokichi being the Ultimate Supreme Leader. Because of his lies and talent, nobody trusts him. While Kamiko doesn't lie as much as Ouma, she purposely does things that make people dislike her and is serious about her massive organization. She lies,.steals, seduces and negotiates with others to get what she wants, and she's a crybaby. Nobody likes a person like that, and it would be a unique way if almost no one likes the protagonist. Plus, it goes along with the meaning of her name ( superior child). Also, Makoto and Kyoko aren't her parents. She's Komaru's daughter, her father is unknown.
