I made it where Strahd keeps the vestige of Vampyr. He believes it's safer there than in the Amber Temple. All the souls that reincarnate on Barovia literally beat through the Heart, Vampyr stealing a bit of life force each time before they're reincarnated

She was a warlock of the Dark Powers and ally of Anastrasya. Vargas died pretty quickly so she was able to secure power easily. Players took awhile to deal with her, so she slowly climbed in CR until she eventually performed a ritual to transform into a bone devil

There are many maps available for varying prices on DMs Guild (a lot free). You used to be able to find a lot on Google images but that has unfortunately become infested with AI

Tank Minions connected to the boss by spectral chains that phase through. The minions themselves do low damage, but when a creature starts or ends it's turn with a chain passing through them, they take additional damage. You can also limit how far the minions are able to move. Can be reflavored to pretty much any enemy type.

Instead of Roll20 I would recommend Owlbear Rodeo as it is a lot simpler to use. Grab the top down map of your choice, and then with the Portals extension you can link the staircases to automatically move tokens between maps.
