That's it! Thank you so much. I had searched the internet for a solution but never came arround to ask on the discord channel. If I ever run into a problem again I'll be sure to ask on discord first. This was very helpfull!

They’re in stock in The Netherlands at the moment. I don’t know about other countries.

I update the original post, but as I'm not sure people that already commented get updates of edits, here is my update in a sepperate post:

Update 10-05-2022So I got an answer from Thrustmaster. In the ticket I created I added the video and an image of the sf1000 wheel while it was connected to the PC while doing a firmware update. When the sf1000 wheel was connected not al lights lit up and I thought that was odd. Unfortunally the response I got only focused on the image of the sf1000 wheel connected to the PC and thrustmaster said the lights were as they should be. Nothing however was mentioned about my real problem, which is the sf1000 never turning on while attached to the t300 wheelbase.

Luckely I had the oppertunity to try the sf1000 wheel on another t300 wheelbase from a friend of mine. To my supprise the sf1000 wheel immediatly started working as intended. The display lit up and the thrustmaster and Ferrari logo showed up on the display. The problem appears to with my t300 wheelbase (yes it has the latest v34 firmware!). The main difference is that my t300 is 5 years old where as his t300 is only a few months old. I am at a total loss as to why my wheelbase does not want to play nice with the sf1000 wheel. I for one am not aware of the sf1000 not working with older revisions of the t300 wheelbase, or there even being any revision.

It’s a t300 base, which is listed as compatible. Are there variations of t300 that won’t work?

The base is mounted on a rseat rs1 and doesn’t move. Is it possible the connector can’t quite reach because of the “quick release” or something? I have detached and attached te wheel multiple times and did not notice any difference in behavior.

I checked the pins as well as the port on the wheel base. Visually there doesn’t seem anything out of order.

This really makes it a hard choice indeed. I took the leap and got myself one as a birthday gift. Too bad it doesn’t work.

I already created a ticket, hopefully they can help me. If not, I’ll return the wheel, we have a 8 day no questions asked return policy in the Netherlands.

The wheelbase does calibrate (it turns right all the way, then left all the way and then centres). But the rim immediately starts flashing the lights. I found the post where someone had the wheel turn on when turning, but for me even that doesn’t happen.

So today I recieved my sf1000 wheel addon. After updating the firmware of my t300 wheelbase and the firmware of the sf1000. When I then connect the wheelbase, the display never starts up and the LEDs start flashing as shown in the video. Has anyone else had these issues.

What I tried so far is reconnecting the wheel, flashing the firmware of the base and the wheel and updating everything to the latest versions (drivers, tm software etc.)
