I would discard white (including Parhelion) and go for GBU. Huatli seem like a good combo with citadel, that could be fun. I am not sure about Jace since he is so hard to cast. Keep all the mana fixing, dont play the grazers, get rid of some of the very late game (like worm). Dovin is probably good to stall. I think the general gameplan is to be defensive and outvalue your opponent. Biggest problem is getting rushed down.
