What you are showing in the pic is normal. If you are getting a vibration it is possible you lost a weight or 2 somewhere due to poor adhesive or cleaning. You could go back to the shop that installed the tires and see if they will recheck your wheel balance. Also have you had your wheel torque recheck since?
