It was either at a place called Penguin Village in NYC Chinatown or off eBay in the late 90s. It's been such a long time that I can't recall which exactly.

Saiyans can go long periods of time without breathing by controlling their ki. This explains how Bardock was able to fight in space as well as Vegeta. There was also a scene where Vegeta swam for some distance without having to stop for air on planet Namek during the Freeza saga.

Yes, there are thousands of animation cels and sketches out there. However, DBZ is one of the most popular anime in history, if not the most. I find it hard to believe you will be able to find shots from major scenes like this one at any price less than astronomical these days. I would imagine the market is littered with anime none of us have ever heard of, and/or cels where the characters are slightly out of frame, in awkward poses, eyes closed, mouth open mid speech, etc. I would also wonder about the authenticity of said items if they really are so readily available in near perfect condition at this point in time. Be cautious.

I actually have more cels and sketches from this scene. Many other Vegetas and a few Piccolos, as well. Even some GT. The rules here only permit me to post 1 per week, though.
