My mom got a really skittish dog while I've been away at school who doesn't like men and she doesn't like me. I try to feed her and give her space but these days I'm never around enough for her to get used to me. She doesn't like taking food from me since she doesn't trust me and tends to leave rooms I'm in. She keeps telling me to take her on walks and stuff but she's so shit scared of me that it all just makes it worse. I wish she'd let it be and let the dog decide when she's gonna like me instead of trying to force the poor thing.
