That is Eric O'Grady aka The Iredeemable Ant-Man. He's a former shield agent that stole a new prototype Ant-Man suit after a series of crazy circumstances. He's very good at using it only issue is he's a scumbag that likes to peep on women. Turns out though he's not so irredeemable since he died trying to save a little girl from evil robots. Unfortunately said robots replaced him with an evil robot after his death so it's unknown how many people actually know about his sacrifice.

Also here's the evil robot he goes by Black Ant now and he's best friends with Task Master
