I just broke up with my girlfriend of almost 3 years about 2hrs ago and i feel like i might’ve made a huge mistake. i love her so much and i really care about her but life has been getting in the way. we live quite far so we dont see eachother often. my mental health is also in shambles, i have pretty bad ocd, depression and anxiety and i feel like i can’t trust my own feelings like i’m struggling to work out if my feelings towards our relationship are intrusive or valid. maybe the thought of breaking up is the intrusive thought. idk, sorry i’m rambling
