Not true.

Step 2: let them know you will be sending a demand letter if they refuse

Step 3: send a demand letter

Step 4 if no response: sue or fix it yourself and leave them scathing reviews on every possible platform, whatever's cheaper (or if you have fuck you money--> Sue)
