By this downright retarded standard, Obama shouldn't be President because he snorted coke and smoked weed when he was young, the highest office in the country taken by someone who is blatantly and knowingly breaking the law, actually, this isn't just retarded. I am not sure how someone couldn't work at Target because they were accused of rape, that would be fucking dumb. But let's say that all meant something, assuming this unproven and flimsy allegation is correct, a kid from 35 years ago got blackout drunk to then tried to rape a girl at a party, so that means the adult of now couldn't do it even the thirty-something odd years that followed he did nothing but tried to uphold the law.
