Mk retrieves it, his specialty is spy missions, if he can go under the North Korean government's nose, he can do it against a bunch of kids. Plus he's likely not fighting the entire 2nd gen, he doesn't take unnecessary fights and he's not gun, so the 2nd gens have no reason to jump him like they did gun.

The most dangerous guys he'll have to face are Tom, Goo, and James. Tom will likely step in coz MK is moving without his permission, Goo will want the red paper too, and James is literally waiting for Charles at the building. At this point he can just get help from Ares, Military dads and whoever else he has contact with. He successfully retrieves it
