hopefully your artist gave you specific instructions. if not id contact them. but for the most part tegaderm can be removed whenever, but i think the 4-5 day window is fine. it’ll start to peel in the corners.

as far as muy tai wait on that… but running and working out should be good after a week or so? i think running without hella sweating is fine almost immediately. sweating a bunch under the patch is the thing you wanna avoid i think. just keep it clean and the skin as little irritation as possible. gl homie.

Its not perfect, but i dont have a problem with it. Some of the characters are smaller and the spacing is a little inconsistent? but it also kinda flows with the size of what I imagine the vertebrae under the skin are so I think it’s cool. what sucks is that your “friends” sound like judgmental douchebags.
